Somatic Stretch & Sound 

Somatic Stretch & Sound is a gentle, body-led practice that helps you release stored tension, reconnect with your breath, and soften into stillness. Through slow stretching, mindful breathing, and soothing sound vibrations, your nervous system begins to unwind and your mind quietens.

 

You’ll leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and deeply at home in your body, with a calmer heart, clearer thoughts, and a softened inner state that you carry with you after the session ends

ABOUT THE CLASS

Somatic Stretch & Sound is a nurturing 45-minute class designed to help you release tension from the body and calm the mind.

​

The session begins with 30 minutes of somatic stretching, where you move slowly and intuitively through the body. Each stretch is guided by breath, gentle awareness, and the natural rhythms of your nervous system. Rather than forcing the body, you’re invited to soften, release, and let the deeper layers of held tension unwind at their own pace. This part of the class helps you open the body, increase mobility, and improve posture.

 

The final 15 minutes are dedicated to soothing sound. Using calming frequencies, gentle instruments, and grounding tones, the sound encourages the mind to drift into a deeply relaxed theta state. As the vibrations surround you, your body settles, your thoughts slow, and your nervous system shifts into rest and restore mode.

 

By the end, you’ll feel grounded, spacious, and  reset.
