Anna Del-Molino

Role â€‹

Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healing Facilitator, Yoga Nidra Guide.

Anna is an energy practitioner and intuitive space holder, known for creating deeply restorative and thoughtfully curated experiences through Reiki, sound healing, and yoga Nidra. Each session is carefully shaped to support the body in softening, the mind in quietening, and the whole nervous system in receiving.

Working intuitively with sound, energy, and guided relaxation, Anna creates sessions that are immersive, spacious, and attuned to the individual. There is a strong emphasis on depth, presence, and the subtle shifts that occur when someone feels genuinely supported and because of her approach, this allows for a natural unwinding, where restoration unfolds without force.

As a certified Reiki practitioner and accredited sound healer, Anna offers a gentle yet considered style of work that feels both refined and accessible, welcoming those who are new, while still holding depth for those already connected to their wellbeing journey.

What’s your favourite thing about being a facilitator / space holder? My favourite thing is witnessing the shift that happens when people give themselves permission to pause. Watching someone arrive feeling stressed or overwhelmed and leave feeling softer and more relaxed is incredibly special. Why do you do the work you do? I believe so many of us move through life at a very fast pace and rarely give ourselves the time to truly rest. This work allows people to slow down, reconnect with their body and mind, and access a deep state of relaxation that supports overall wellbeing. 6. Who would benefit most from your sessions? Anyone who is feeling stressed, overwhelmed or simply in need of rest and reconnection would benefit from these sessions. They are also supportive for people who are curious about energy healing or sound therapy and would like a gentle introduction to these practices as no experience is needed. What do you hope people leave your sessions feeling? I hope people leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded and restored, with a greater sense of inner peace.

Tracey Beavis

Role â€‹

Tracey is a sound healer, self-love and trauma-informed coach, and meditation guide, dedicated to supporting others in reconnecting with themselves on a deeper level. Her work is centred around creating safe, supportive spaces where healing, growth, and self-discovery can unfold naturally and without pressure.

Through sound, mindful practices, and compassionate guidance, Tracey supports individuals in releasing emotional blocks, nurturing self-worth, and cultivating a greater sense of inner peace. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded in an understanding of the nervous system, safety, and lived experience.

Tracey’s work is rooted in her training in sound healing, trauma-informed coaching, and meditation. She intuitively blends these elements, using sound and vibration to support relaxation and emotional release, while creating a space where each person feels safe, supported, and held. Her approach gently encourages a deeper sense of presence and inner connection.

Alongside her formal training, Tracey continues to explore and integrate practices such as nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, inner child work, and self-love, all of which inform the way she holds space for others.

Tracey is deeply passionate about guiding people back to their own inner wisdom, helping them feel more balanced, empowered, and at home within themselves. She is committed to holding safe, supportive environments where each individual can move at their own pace and reconnect with a sense of balance and wellbeing

What’s your favourite thing about being a facilitator / space holder? My favourite part of being a facilitator is holding space for people to reconnect with themselves. There’s something really powerful about witnessing someone soften, feel safe, and begin to open in their own time. Seeing people leave feeling more like themselves lighter and more centred, is what makes this work so meaningful and rewarding to me. Why do you do the work you do? I do this work because I deeply believe in the importance of feeling safe, connected, and at home within ourselves. Through my own experiences, I’ve come to understand how powerful it can be to have the right support, space, and tools to gently reconnect and heal. I’m passionate about creating environments where people feel seen, supported, and able to explore their inner world without judgement. Supporting others as they build self-awareness, self-love, and a sense of inner balance is what continues to inspire and guide my work. My sessions are for anyone who is feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or in need of a space to slow down. They can be especially supportive for those navigating stress, emotional challenges, or healing from past experiences. I work with people who are ready to explore self-love, build a deeper sense of safety within themselves, and gently release what they may be holding onto. Whether someone is new to this work or already on their healing journey, my sessions offer a calm, supportive environment to simply be and reset and welcome in self-love. How do you hope people leave your session feeling? My intention is that they experience a sense of inner ease and safety, as well as a gentle release of anything they may have been holding onto, allowing them to feel lighter and clearer. I want each person to walk away feeling supported and grounded with a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-compassion, more in tune with their body, their needs, and their own inner guidance.

Claire Bundy

Role â€‹

Sound Healer, Reiki and Intuitive energy Practitioner,  Meditation Guide, Grief Circles

Claire is a nervous system–led somatic practitioner, meditation guide, and sound practitioner who creates calm, supportive spaces where people can gently reconnect with themselves. Her approach is trauma-aware and body-based, meeting each person exactly where they are, with sensitivity, care, and deep respect for their individual experience.

As a certified sound therapist and sound healer, as well as a Reiki and energy healing practitioner, Claire brings a grounded yet intuitive presence to her work. She is also trained in hypnosis, meditation, and holding circles, allowing her to guide sessions that feel both structured and deeply nurturing. Through guided meditation, sound, and energy work, she supports the regulation of the nervous system, helping to release held tension and restore a sense of inner balance.

Her sessions are gentle, spacious, and welcoming to all, whether someone is new to this work or returning to deepen their practice. Claire creates an environment where there is no pressure to “do” anything, only an invitation to slow down, breathe, and be.

Holding a safe, supportive, and responsible space is at the heart of everything Claire offers. With over five years of experience, she brings a steady, reassuring presence that allows people to soften, feel held, and reconnect at their own pace. Her intention is that each person leaves not only feeling calmer and clearer, but also lighter.

What’s your favourite thing about being a facilitator / space holder? My favourite thing about being a facilitator is holding a space where people feel truly safe to pause, breathe, and be themselves. I love witnessing the courage it takes to slow down, feel, share, if in a circle and release tension and stored emotion and then seeing people leave calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves. Being able to guide that process, however gently, and knowing that I’ve helped someone reconnect with themselves is incredibly rewarding. Why do you do the work you do? I do this work because I am so passionate about it and I see the change in people. I believe the body holds the wisdom and the capacity to heal when it’s given space and support. So many of us carry tension, stress, or unprocessed emotions without realising it. So guiding people to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and find calm is so deeply rewarding. I love seeing the transformation with my clients and helping people reclaim a sense of safety, balance, and clarity in their lives. Who would benefit most from your sessions? Those who benefit most from my sessions are often looking for support with nervous system regulation, emotional release, or gentle energy work. I also welcome anyone who feels curious about meditation, sound healing, or deepening their self-care practice. Many people come to me when they’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected, while others simply want some time for themselves, a space to pause, breathe, and be. My sessions are open, inclusive, and welcoming to everyone, whether you’re completely new or returning to deepen your practice. How do you hope people leave your sessions feeling? The feedback I often receive is that people leave my sessions feeling calmer, clearer, lighter, and more at ease within themselves. My intention is for each person to carry a sense of balance with them, feeling more grounded and centred after taking a safe, supportive pause from the pace of everyday life.
